Movement of cell across a ECIS/Taxis electrode

This movie depicts Dictyostelium cells placed in a folate chemoattractant gradient and monitored with ECIS/taxis instrumentation for the cells’ arrival at an electrode placed in their path.  The electrical resistance imparted by cells on the electrode is shown in the synchronized embedded graphics.  This protocol was originally described in http://www.biotechniques.com/multimedia/archive/00010/01315rr02_10066a.pdf
